But for those who can't or don't care for gym memberships, there is a solution that's easy, inexpensive and portable: back to basics workouts. For a simple but effective workout, try this routine. 

    Upper Body

    Push ups



    Lower Body

    Leg raises



    Ab crunches (sit ups)





    For a complete workout, pick one exercise from each category. If you're a beginner, start with 1 minute for each exercise for a total of 4 minutes. Repeat 4 times.
