    Suggested Dose (Adults)

    As a source of antioxidants for the maintenance of good health, mix 1 scoop of VegeGreens® into 250 ml of water or juice. Consume once daily. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications.


    Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners, any other medications or natural products; if you have an iron deficiency, a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble, a histroy of kidney stones or for use beyond 12 weeks. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Some may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances.
