"An Excellent Product. Although it is technically aimed at Weight Gain. It can also be used to add to a Daily Health Shake. It contains an Impressive Amount of Complex or Slow Metabolizing Carbs that avoid the Classic Simple Sugar Spike/Drop. As well as a Good Amount of High Quality Whey Protein. It is also fortified with Extra Herbs like Ginger. A very Healthy Choice !"
