    • 120 g Dark Chocolate Chips
    • 1/2 Pomegranate
    • 3 tsp OmegEssential Fish Oil (Chocolate)


    1. Remove seeds from pomegranate and set aside.

    2. Melt dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave.

    3. Scoop about 1 tsp of melted dark chocolate into each mini baking cup.

    4. Top with about 1 tsp of pomegranate seeds and approximately 1/4 tsp of fish oil.

    5. Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the pomegranates. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens. Enjoy! Serves 12.
