Recipe: Makes 8-10


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops Grass Fed Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut butter 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients except for the coconut butter to a bowl. 
  2. Mix until combined. Spoon batter into balls and flatten onto a parchment lined pan. 
  3. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 min. 
  4. Let cool and drizzle with melted coconut butter. Enjoy!
