Salmon is a great and delicious source of omega-3. Enjoy it as a burger with a side salad for the perfect summer meal!
Ingredients:
Salmon Burgers (2 servings)
- 2 portions of fresh salmon fillets (seasoned with salt and pepper)
- 2 toasted brioche buns
- 1/2 sliced red onion
- 1/2 sliced tomato
- 1/2 sliced avocado
- Handful of spinach
- 2 teaspoons of garlic aioli (you can make your own by mincing one clove of garlic into mayo)
Side Salad
- Handful of spinach
- Drizzle of olive oil
- A squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
- Season your salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Grill or bake until desired doneness (10-12 minutes).
- Spread aioli on the toasted brioche buns.
- Assemble the burger with the veggies and salmon.
- Dress the side salad spinach with olive oil and lemon.
