    Did you know?

Omega-3 fatty acids can help reduce inflammation, may lower cholesterol levels (especially when replacing other sources of saturated and trans fats in the diet), and support heart and brain health!

Salmon is a great and delicious source of omega-3. Enjoy it as a burger with a side salad for the perfect summer meal!

    Salmon Burgers (2 servings)

    • 2 portions of fresh salmon fillets (seasoned with salt and pepper)
    • 2 toasted brioche buns
    • 1/2 sliced red onion
    • 1/2 sliced tomato
    • 1/2 sliced avocado
    • Handful of spinach
    • 2 teaspoons of garlic aioli (you can make your own by mincing one clove of garlic into mayo)

    Side Salad

    • Handful of spinach
    • Drizzle of olive oil
    • A squeeze of lemon juice

    1. Season your salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
    2. Grill or bake until desired doneness (10-12 minutes).
    3. Spread aioli on the toasted brioche buns.
    4. Assemble the burger with the veggies and salmon.
    5. Dress the side salad spinach with olive oil and lemon.
