Peach Mango Salsa

Give your taste buds a boost with this delicious and healthy salsa, featuring not so average ingredients! This salsa gets a flavourful boost from tangy peaches, sweet mangoes and red peppers! These vibrant colors are packed with antioxidants, helping to decrease your oxidative stress load. The addition of spices like paprika and black pepper gives a nice kick and adds more antioxidants, to really deliver a powerful punch!  

Serves 3-4


  • 1 peach
  • 1 mango
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 2 cups tortilla chips to serve


  1. Dice the veggies and fruits into small chunks. Place in a medium bowl and add in the lime juice, cilantro, and seasonings.
  2. Mix everything together until combined and serve with chips!
