INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops Progressive Harmonized Fermented Vegan Protein Vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/3 cup wheat free rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ginger
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 6-donut pan with a little bit of coconut oil.

In a high-speed blender, add oats and blend until flour-like, then add remaining ingredients and blend on high until well combined.

Pour batter into donut pan and bake for 8-10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
