    INGREDIENTS

    • 2 scoops Progressive Harmonized Fermented Vegan Protein Vanilla 
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 1/3 cup wheat free rolled oats
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • ¼ tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • ¼ tsp ginger
    • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    • ½ tsp sea salt
    • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
    • 2 tbsp maple syrup
    • 1/3 cup almond milk
    • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil

        INSTRUCTIONS

        1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 6-donut pan with a little bit of coconut oil.

        2. In a high-speed blender, add oats and blend until flour-like, then add remaining ingredients and blend on high until well combined.

        3. Pour batter into donut pan and bake for 8-10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
