    INGREDIENTS

    • 2 eggs, whisked
    • 2 scoops Progressive Harmonized Fermented Vegan Protein - Vanilla Maple Cookie Powder
    • 6 teaspoons water or almond milk
    • Coconut oil for greasing the pan

     

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Mix eggs, protein powder, and baking powder, and liquid until well combined.

    2. Melt the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.

    3. Using a 1/4 cup measure, pour the batter into the pan. They are ready to flip when bubbles start to form on the top.

    4. Serve with favourite toppings and enjoy!
