    Chocolate Cashew Butter Fudge


    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup cashew butter, melted

    • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted

    • ¼ cup maple syrup

    • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

    • 2 scoops Progressive Unflavoured Complete Collagen

    • ½ tsp sea salt

     

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.

    2. Pour into silicon ice cube trays and freeze until solid (about 10-15 minutes).

    3. Serve immediately or store in freezer as a delicious snack or dessert!
