(Women 50+): Take 1 capsule with breakfast, lunch and dinner for a total of 3 capsules per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.
Do not use this product if you are pregnant. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or prior to use if: you are taking blood pressure medication, blood thinners, hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy; you are breastfeeding; you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble; you have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer; you have a stomach/peptic ulcer or excess stomach acid, gallstones or a bile duct obstruction. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. May cause digestive problems.
