Directions:

(Adult Women): Take 1 capsule with breakfast, lunch and dinner for 3 capsules per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or prior to use if you are taking blood thinners or have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
