1/2 cup Almond Butter
2 tbsp Progressive Organics Virgin Coconut Oil
2.5 cups Puffed Rice Cereal
1 scoop Progressive VegeGreens (original)
1/4 cup Red Sprinkles
- Grease a 9x9 pan with coconut oil or line with parchment paper.
- In a medium pot over low-medium heat, whisk together almond butter, coconut oil and VegeGreens until melted and thoroughly combined. Let cool about 5 minutes.
- Add puffed rice and gently mix with a spatula until evenly coated. Add sprinkles and gently toss again.
- Transfer to the pan and press down firmly. Freeze until firm, about 20 minutes. Slice into squares and enjoy!
