INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup Progressive® Organics VIRGIN COCONUT OIL
  •  ½ scoop WHEYESSENTIAL® (Chocolate)
  • ½ scoop WHEYESSENTIAL® (Berry)
  • ¼ cup Shredded Coconut
  • 4 tablespoons Cashew Butter
  • 2 Bananas, sliced

      INSTRUCTIONS

      1. In a food processor add the bananas, WheyEssential – both flavours, cashew butter, shredded coconut and coconut oil and process on medium speed until the mixture is a smooth paste.

      2. Pour the mixture into a freezer safe dish. Spread and flatten the mixture until it is smooth and level in your dish. Cover the dish with plastic film, or a lid.

      3. Put your dish in the freezer for 1 hour. Remove from the freezer, cut with sharp knife into squares, and serve with fresh berries or as is.
