  • ½ scoop VegEssential® (Unflavoured)
  • 3 Avocados
  • ½ Red Onion
  • 2 ½ Limes, juiced
  • 6 Cherry Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Himalyan Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil


      1. De-stone and scoop out flesh from avocados.

      2. In a food processor, on high speed blend avocados, lime juice, olive oil, salt and VegEssential®.
      3. Add onion, tomatoes and cilantro and pulse briefly.
      4. Transfer to a bowl and season with more salt or lime juice to taste.
      5. Serve with organic tortilla chips.
