INGREDIENTS
- ½ scoop VegEssential® (Unflavoured)
- 3 Avocados
- ½ Red Onion
- 2 ½ Limes, juiced
- 6 Cherry Tomatoes, diced
- 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 2 teaspoons Himalyan Salt
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
INSTRUCTIONS

De-stone and scoop out flesh from avocados.
- In a food processor, on high speed blend avocados, lime juice, olive oil, salt and VegEssential®.
- Add onion, tomatoes and cilantro and pulse briefly.
- Transfer to a bowl and season with more salt or lime juice to taste.
- Serve with organic tortilla chips.
