    • 1 cup of steel cut oats (gluten-free)
    • 1 scoop Harmonized Vegan Protein®
    • 4 cups of almond milk or cow’s milk
    • 1 tsp. of pure vanilla extract
    • 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches
    • Chopped apricots, dates, almonds (optional)
    • Pinch of pumpkin pie spice


        1. Add all of the above ingredients to a slow cooker and allow to cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 2–4 hours.

        2. Add pure maple syrup and cinnamon to taste.

        3. Top with fresh diced peaches if desired. Can be served warm or cold.
