1 1/2 cups Medjool Dates

1/4 cup Hemp Seeds

1/4 cup Chia Seeds

1 tbsp Peanut Butter (or sub nut butter of choice)

1 tbsp Coconut Oil

2 scoops Progressive VegeSeas Powder

1/3 cup of Topping Option: Cacao Powder, Hemp Seeds, Peanut Butter Powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine dates, hemp, chia, peanut butter, coconut oil, and VegeSeas powder in a food processor on high until it reaches a dough like consistency.
- Using a scoop, or spoon, portion out 10-12 2 tbsp portions and roll into balls placing on a plate.
- Place 1/3 cup of topping in a small bowl and roll each ball into the topping until fully coated placing back in on the plate.
- For long term storage place balls into a sealed container and into the fridge for 2 week, or freezer for up to 1 month.
