- 2 scoops Harmonized Protein (Vanilla)
- 1 cup whole wheat pancake mix
- ¾ cup skim milk
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. pure maple syrup
- Sliced strawberries or blueberries
Mix ingredients together with an electric mixer
in a large bowl.
Heat skillet and cook pancakes.
Serve with fruit, syrup or your favourite topping.
