    INGREDIENTS

    • 2 scoops Harmonized Protein (Vanilla)
    • 1 cup whole wheat pancake mix
    • ¾ cup skim milk
    • 3 egg whites
    • 2 tsp. olive oil
    • 1 tbsp. pure maple syrup
    • Sliced strawberries or blueberries

        INSTRUCTIONS

        1. Mix ingredients together with an electric mixer
          in a large bowl.

        2. Heat skillet and cook pancakes.

        3. Serve with fruit, syrup or your favourite topping.
