- 1 cup organic quick oats
- 3 scoops Progressive® Harmonized Vegan Protein (Vanilla)
- 4 tbsp. raw almond butter
- 1 tbsp. sprouted ground flax
- Shredded coconut for rolling
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tsp. cocoa
- 1 tbsp. raw honey
- 1 tbsp. Progressive® Organics Virgin Coconut Oil
Mix all ingredients.
Form into 1–2 inch balls and roll in coconut.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm and serve.
