INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 scoop Harmonized Fermented Protein - Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1/2 tbsp. of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • **whipped cream (optional topping)
  • **cinnamon (optional topping)

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Add ice, pumpkin purée and milk to the blender. Blend until smooth.

    2. Add spice and protein powder. Blend to incorporate.

    3. Pour into a glass and garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
