INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 very ripe medium-sized banana, frozen
  • 3/4 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1 scoop VegEssential, vanilla

      INSTRUCTIONS

      1. Puree all ingredients until they are smooth and the ice is completely crushed.
