Adult Women: Consume 1 capsule once daily. Take at least 2-3 ours before or after antibiotics. Use for at least 4 weeks to see beneficial effects. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children. Can be refrigerated for maximum potency and freshness.
Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persists beyond 3 days.

I drink a lot of water and taking this Probiotic I feel like it helps to prevent a UTI with have the Cranberry in it without drinking a lot of sugar with the cranberry juice.
