    • 1 cup frozen pitted cherries
    • 2 cups almond or coconut milk
    • 1 tablespoon ground flax
    • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
    • 1 scoop Progressive Grass Fed Whey + Collagen & MCT chocolate
    • Ice 
    • Water (to thin out if necessary)
