    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup frozen cranberries
    • 2 medjool dates, pitted
    • 1 pear
    • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or other milk of choice
    • 1/4 tsp. allspice
    • 1 scoop VegEssential, either berry or vanilla
    • 1/2 tsp. vanilla, optional

        INSTRUCTIONS

        1. Whirl in blender until smooth. If it isn't thick enough, add 1 or 2 ice cubes.
